Baycci after-sales service system
The company has set up a number of regional service centers in the domestic market to provide users with high-quality pre-sale, sale and after-sales service. According to the standard, the pipe series of Baycci home improvement can be used for 70 years under the specified operating temperature, working pressure and working environment. We provide free: 1, pipe solder joint inspection. 2. Pipeline water pressure test. 3. Shooting and uploading of waterway map. 4. "Cloud Storage and Query".
Service object: Pipe system in the installation of a full set of Baychi brand pipe fittings, such as mixed loading phenomenon, our company does not provide services.
Service requirements: the field pipeline groove has been opened well (if the landfill our company does not provide services); After-sales Service Manual is required during pressure test.
Service commitment: If the pressure is tested or tested by our service center, any problems in the future operation of the pipeline have nothing to do with the decoration company and the plumber, and our company is solely responsible for it. Such as the quality problems of the mixed packaging of Baycci products and other brand products (including pipelines of other brands; The connection between Baycci pipeline system and property pipeline), are not within the scope of the company's warranty; Water seepage of pipeline system due to improper use or external causes of force majeure is not within the scope of the company's warranty.

● In order to avoid your worries in the future use process, please choose the pipe fittings and pipes produced by Baycci and use them together.
● The outdoor use of Baycci home improvement series pipes should take measures such as ultraviolet protection, sunscreen and antifreeze.
● Pipeline storage should be placed indoors or in a simple shed, away from heat sources. The pipe should be handled gently during loading, unloading and handling, and throwing, bumping and brutal
operation are strictly prohibited.
● Pipes and fittings should be checked for damage before welding, especially in winter to carefully check the pipeline for trauma. In particular, unqualified hot melt tools should not be used to weld Baychi pipes.
● It is absolutely prohibited to melt the pipe beyond the working temperature (250℃-270℃) when welding; Weld pipes and fittings according to construction specifications.
● Before the hidden works are buried or used, the hydraulic test must be carried out first to check whether the welding is qualified and whether the pipeline is damaged during the construction process.
● The user should supervise the water pressure test on the site. The pressure should be maintained at 0.8MPa for about 30 minutes. If there is no leakage or the drop does not exceed 0.06MPa, the water pressure test is qualified.
● Please pay special attention to winter construction, after the water pressure test, timely release of water to prevent freezing crack pipe.
● When the plumber is installed and pressed, the dealer must send someone to carry out the final pressure inspection work; If the plumber only performs the installation service, the distributor must complete the service content in the service feedback in turn.
